DMCA Policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy describes how 8BallPoolUnblocked (https://8ballpoolunblocked.gitlab.io/) handles copyright infringement claims in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

You may submit the notice using the contact information provided in the footer of our website. Incomplete or non-compliant notices may not receive a response.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice including:

  • Your name, address, and signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was mistaken
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court in your location (or California, if outside the U.S.)

We may reinstate content if we receive a valid counter-notification and no legal action is filed by the original complainant within 10–14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly post infringing content or abuse the DMCA process.
